Good Start....

Breakfast the most important meal of the day. Start the day off healthy with a bowl of oats, dried cranberries, and banana.

Oats are high in fiber and help keep your cholesterol low.
Cranberries provide fiber as w

ell along with Vitamin C.
Bananas are high in potassium and are good for you.

  1. I absolutely love oatmeal and the bananas/cranberries are great toppings. I like to put blueberries or raisins sometimes too. Even though I know how important it is to have breakfast, I am totally guilty of skipping it almost every day, just like so many others. Always in a rush to get out the door, but I agree we need to slow down and make the time. We don't drive 100 miles with our cars on E, so we should remember to fuel our bodies as well.
