Feeling a bit tired lately....

Ever wonder why you keep getting stomach aches? Why are you so sluggish lately? Why are you forgetting things? Why do you have no mental and physical strength?

Maybe you should check your diet. Maybe it's time to do inventory on the things you allow to enter your body. Our mind is affected by what we eat and drink. Our bodies need good nutrients in order to function. Your eating habits could be affecting the way you feel and think.

Try replacing one unhealthy food (meats, starch, sweets, etc.) with a healthy one (fruits, nuts, vegetables, whole grain, etc.) and see if you feel any difference in the way your body functions. If you like how your body is feeling try replacing two, then three. Try drinking more water and less sugar drinks and coffee. Trust me your body will thank you :)

This is a great idea, cause I know that whenever I'm not eating right I immediately start to feel it....and whenever I start eating more vegetables and less junk food-within literally two days I already start to feel great! :) Thanks for this reminder, particularly during this holiday season when we tend to eat a lot of junk food! :)
