Food Pyramid 101






How is it that the foods we eat the most aren't the healthiest of the bunch. Yet the foods we should eat more of we don't? They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit. Why not take it one day at a time try replacing one unhealthy snack with a healthier snack.

My favorite midday snack is almonds & cranberries. What's yours?
