How to get your kids to eat their veggies...

Trying to get your little picky eaters to eat their vegetables can be a task. Here are some tricks to help you along the way.
1.You can add veggies like spinach, zucchini, and squash to their favorite pasta dishes.
2.You can also add some spinach to their favorite smoothies😊.
3.Try getting them involved in the shopping by allowing them to pick out a new vegetable each week.
4.Try juicing the vegetables and give it to them in their sippy cups.
5. Most important tip of all. You must set an example for them. Let them see you eating your veggies and talk about how good they are for your body.
